B. Product use
The product is suitable for the ac rated voltage U (UM) of 1 (1.2) KV, 10 (12) KV overhead power transmission lines.
C. Features
A. Rated voltage is 1KV and 10KV.
B. Cable laying temperature shall not be lower than -20°C.
C. Maximum cable temperature during short circuit (5s Max duration) : 150°C HDPE insulation, 250°C XLPE insulation.
D. Max. long - term permissible operating temperature of the conductor:
Cable with bearing structure: HDPE insulated at 75°C; XLPE XLPE insulation 90°C; PVC insulated 70°C.
D. Allowable bending radius of cable:
Rated voltage 1KV cable: cable diameter (D) less than 25mm, should not be less than 4D; If the cable diameter (D) is 25mm and above, it shall not be less than 6D.
Rated voltage 10KV cable, 35KV cable: should not be smaller than the diameter of the cable bending test cylinder.
