Product Description

Product use:
The product is mainly used in wind power generation equipment with rated AC voltage up to and including Uo/U 1.8/3kV, impeller and fixed installation in tower cylinder or other similar equipment. It is especially suitable for wind power generation equipment in high cold, offshore and other low temperature and harsh outdoor environment with salt spray corrosion. It has excellent characteristics of -55° C cold resistance, oil and salt spray corrosion resistance, flame retardant, torsion resistance and so on.
Product performance:A. The cable conductor shall adopt the fifth type (tinned) soft copper conductor in accordance with GB/T 3956-2008;
B. Cable insulation and sheath are made of cold-resistant, corrosion-resistant and flame retardant ethylene-propylene rubber, neoprene, polyurethane elastomer and other soft materials;
C. AC voltage test of finished cable: rated voltage 450/750V Cable: 2.5kV /5min, no breakdown; Rated voltage 0.6/1kV cable: 3.5kV /5min, no breakdown; Rated voltage 1.8/3kV cable: 6.5kV /5min, no breakdown;
D. Excellent ultra-soft and low temperature torsion resistance: the cable can withstand 10000 positive and negative four-turn torsion (1440°) at room temperature and 2000 negative and negative four-turn torsion (1440°) at -55°C without cracking test;
E. Excellent oil resistance: the cable can resist the corrosion of grease, lubricating oil, cold winter agent and so on;
F. Excellent corrosion resistance to sea water salt spray: the cable can withstand sea water and near sea salt spray corrosion;
G. Excellent flame retardant performance: the cable can pass the combustion test stipulated in GB/T 18380-2008;
H. Excellent uv aging resistance: the cable can pass 1008 hours hernia lamp irradiation aging test without cracking.

Allowable operating temperature of the conductor: 70°C for 450/750V cables, 90°C for 0.6/1kV and 1.8/3kV cables;
-- The lowest ambient temperature suitable for cable: -55°C (cold resistant type), -40°C (cold resistant type), -25°C (common type);
The minimum bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 6 times of the cable diameter.
