A.Product implementation standards:
Refractory power cable: GB/T19666-2005,GB/T12706.1-2008;
Fire-resistant control cable: GB/T19666-2005,GB/T9330-2008;
Fire-resistant plastic wire: GB/T19666-2005,GB/T5023-2008.
B.Product use:
The product is suitable for transmission and distribution lines or electrical control lines with rated AC voltage up to and including Uo/U 0.6/1kV, which are required to have fire protection occasions. Therefore, in the event of fire, it is conducive to reduce losses, and it is suitable for electric power, large buildings, petrochemical, communications, shipping and other industries with higher fire protection requirements.
C.Features:
1.PVC insulated fire-resistant cable: maximum operating temperature of conductor 70°C; Short-circuit (maximum duration 5s) maximum temperature is 160°;
XLPE crosslinked PVC insulated fire-resistant cable: maximum operating temperature of conductor is 90°C; The maximum short-circuit temperature (5s Max duration) is 250°C.
2.The fire-resistant cable has the performance of keeping at least 3A fuse continuous for 90 minutes under the flame burning temperature of 750°C and above, thus ensuring the short-time normal operation of the circuit under the burning condition.
3.Minimum allowable bending radius of cable:
-- 20D for single core unarmored cable; Single core armored cable 15D; (D is actual cable diameter)
-- 15D for multi-core unarmored cable; The multi-core armored cable is 12D;
4.Ambient temperature for laying: not less than 0°C.
