Product use:
The product is suitable for fixed installation or soft connection of motor, lighting, electric appliance, instrument, electronic equipment and automatic device with rated AC voltage (Uo/U) up to and including 450/750.
Features:
1. The rated voltage of the cable is 450/750V, 300/500V, 300/300V.
2. Long-term permissible operating temperature:
60227 IEC 07 (BV-90), 60227 IEC 08 (RV-90), RVP-90 does not exceed 90°C; Other models do not exceed 70°.
3. Short-circuit temperature: when multiple cables or multi-core cables are short-circuited (the longest duration is not more than 5s), the maximum conductor temperature is not more than 160°C.
4. When installing and laying wires, the installation radius should be greater than the specified value. For wires with an outer diameter greater than 25mm, the bending radius shall be no less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the wire and cable; If the outer diameter of the wire is less than 25mm, the bending radius should not be less than 4 times of the outer diameter of the wire.
5. When laying PVC insulated and sheathed wires and cables, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0°C.
6. Installation and laying of plastic insulated wires such as BV cloth wires,If the pipe is routed, the diameter of the plastic pipe should be fully considered, and the total cross section of the pipe should not be greater than 40% of the cross section of the plastic pipe hole, so as to facilitate sufficient space for heat dissipation when the wire is in normal operation, and the wire should be far away from heat source when it is installed and laid.
